At the Amity AI Research and Application Center (ARAC), you’ll work alongside experienced engineers and AI professionals on practical projects that combine technology, quality, and innovation.\nIf you’re curious about software quality, enjoy finding problems, and want to learn how high-quality products are built and tested, we’d love to hear from you!\nExplore more about us at: https://arac.amity.co\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist the QA team in testing web applications, software products, and AI-powered solutions.\nExecute manual test cases and document test results clearly.\nIdentify, reproduce, and report bugs with detailed steps and supporting information.\nSupport regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.\nCollaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to understand requirements and ensure product quality.\nAssist in creating and maintaining test cases, test scenarios, and QA documentation.\nSupport basic test automation activities and learn QA tools and frameworks under guidance.\nPerform exploratory testing to identify potential usability, functionality, and performance issues.\nParticipate in reviewing product requirements and provide feedback from a quality perspective.\nContribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing practices.\nRequirements\nNative Thai speaker.\n Duration: Minimum 3 months, up to 6 months.\nCurrently pursuing or recently graduated in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\nBasic understanding of software development and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\nBasic knowledge of software testing concepts and methodologies.\nFamiliarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar is a plus.\nFamiliarity with tools such as Postman, Jira, Git, or any test automation framework is a plus.\nStrong attention to detail and an ability to identify inconsistencies or potential issues.\nAnalytical and problem-solving mindset.\nGood communication and teamwork skills.\nWillingness to learn, ask questions, and work in a fast-paced technology environment.\nPassionate about software quality and building reliable products.\nPerks & Benefits\nPaid internship with monthly allowance\nCertificate or recommendation letter upon completion\nFree lunch during in-office weeks\nFlexible hybrid work: mostly remote, 1 week/month in-office\nHands-on experience working with real-world software and AI-powered products\nMentorship from experienced QA engineers and technology professionals\nOpportunity to learn testing tools, methodologies, and automation practices\nOpportunity to contribute to impactful projects with potential for full-time employment\nWe thank all applicants for your interest.
