He/she is also responsible for ensuring that the team is equipped with the necessary technical skills and knowledge to provide effectively to the team.\nYour team:\nThe Solutions engineer team is responsible for the sales process by providing technical expertise and support to the sales team. \nThe main responsibility is to assist sales representatives in understanding the technical aspects of the company's products and services, and how they can be used to meet customer needs. \nWe also help to create and deliver presentations, tech proposals and product demonstrations, and provide technical information and answers to customer questions. \nAdditionally, we conduct research on new technologies and products, and stay up-to-date on industry trends to provide the sales team with relevant information to close deals. \nWe work closely with other departments, such as the implementation team, engineering, product management, and customer support teams to ensure that the company's products and services are well-positioned in the market and deliver the project smoothly. \nWe are also responsible for ensuring that sales teams are equipped with the necessary technical skills and knowledge to sell the company's products and services effectively.\nYour day-to-day responsibilities:\nCollaboratively with customers (Enterprises and SMEs) for gathering business requirements, provide technical solutions to solve client use cases, do man-day and total cost estimation for project development.\nWork closely with sales team in regards to technical proposals and pitches to enterprise customers\nPut together technical cases (diagram, RFP, and proposals) for the sales teams to support their proposals\nProvide consultation to the customers on product best practices, use cases, customization, on-boarding, and to be 2nd tier on tech support for investigating cases (need some coding) before escalating to product and engineering team.\nEnsure that the company’s services can meet the customer’s requirements\nInitiate, coordinate, implement proof-of-concepts, do basic training with customers\nWorking closely with Professional service teams for Kick-off meetings and Implementing phase.\nWork closely with the Product/Engineering team for feedback, customer requests, improvement.\nInitiate/Maintain development for Demo apps and Beta services under the Professional service team.\nBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders.\nYour ideal profile:\nBackground in software sales/pre-sales engineering role experience\nSales or pre-sales experience in enterprise, retail or financial services verticals\nAt least 1-3 years of programming experience on at least one of the following stacks: Javascript, NodeJS, Python, ReactJS, VueJS, NextJS- Mobile skills such as Swift, Kotlin, React-native, Flutter a plus\n\nExperience, utilizing, understanding and implementation of RESTful, SOAP and SDK API (Bot and etc.)\nExperience using database (eg.
