For more information visit amkor.com.\nPosition Summary:\nThe Senior Financial Analyst serves as a key business partner to Business Unit leadership, providing financial analysis, decision support, forecasting, capital planning, and performance management. This role is responsible for driving financial insight, improving business performance, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring effective capital allocation across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with business acumen and the ability to influence leadership decisions in a dynamic, global manufacturing environment.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nProvide financial recommendations and strategic business partnership to assigned Business Units and cross-functional teams.\nSupport executive decision-making through financial modeling, profitability analysis, pricing evaluations, cost reduction initiatives, and complex deal structures.\nAnalyze operating results, identify key business drivers and trends, and proactively recommend opportunities to improve revenue, margin, productivity, and cash flow.\nDevelop and maintain forecasts, budgets, long-range plans, and financial performance reporting packages.\nPrepare and eventually lead financial reviews with Business Unit leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations.\nEvaluate capital expenditure requests, perform return-on-investment analyses, and monitor capital spending against approved budgets.\nRecommend financial process improvements through standardization, automation, and implementation of finance systems and analytical tools.\nEnhance financial reporting capabilities by leveraging business intelligence, data analytics, and automation technologies.\nSupport month-end, quarter-end, and annual financial review processes, ensuring accuracy and timely communication of results.\nParticipate in strategic initiatives, business cases, customer evaluations, and operational improvement projects.\nMentor junior finance team members and support the development of finance best practices across the organization.\nCollaborate with global teams to ensure alignment of financial objectives and execution of key business priorities.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline.\n3+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting, operations finance, or related analytical roles.\nDemonstrated experience supporting business leaders through financial analysis and decision support activities.\nDemonstrated financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.\nAbility to analyze complex data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.\nStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nDemonstrated business acumen, problem-solving capability, and attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team environment.\nInterest in working within a publicly traded, multinational manufacturing organization.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMBA, CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certification.\nExperience with SAP, BPC, Tableau, Power BI, or other enterprise planning and business intelligence platforms.\nKnowledge of capital planning, investment analysis, and manufacturing cost structures.\nPrior experience supporting semiconductor, electronics, high-tech manufacturing, or industrial operations.\nExperience supporting system implementations, reporting automation, or business transformation initiatives.\nFamiliarity with operational KPIs, productivity metrics, and financial performance management in a manufacturing environment.\nLocation:\nTempe, AZ.
