For more information visit amkor.com.\nPosition Summary:\nThe Talent Acquisition role supports recruiting activities for corporate functions, engineering, and sales positions supporting Amkor Technology in the United States. Based at the corporate headquarters in Tempe, Arizona, this role works closely with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to support sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, pre-employment activities, and a consistent candidate experience.\nThe position also provides support for talent acquisition programs and operations, including onboarding, recruiting systems and processes, compliance activities, university relations, internship programs, and other talent acquisition initiatives.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nBuild and maintain diverse talent pipelines to support current and anticipated workforce needs.\nSupport hiring managers and the talent acquisition team in understanding position requirements and coordinating recruitment activities.\nSupport full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, candidate outreach, screening, interview coordination, selection activities, and pre-employment processes.\nIdentify and engage qualified candidates whose experience and capabilities align with position requirements and Amkor Technology’s values.\nConduct initial candidate screenings and support consistent, job-related candidate assessment practices.\nProvide timely communication and responsive support to candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners throughout the recruitment process.\nSupport the corporate internship program and university relations activities, including career fairs, educational events, and related recruiting activities.\nCoordinate onboarding activities through Amkor Technology systems and processes, including new hire orientation support.\nPromote employment opportunities through appropriate job boards, professional networks, university partnerships, and other sourcing channels.\nCoordinate professional reference checks, background screening, and other pre-employment requirements in accordance with applicable policies and laws.\nAssist with talent acquisition projects, system implementations, process improvements, and other recruiting initiatives.\nMaintain accurate recruiting records and support compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.\nParticipate in employment compliance activities, including EEO-1 reporting, E-Verify, and EAR, as applicable.\nPrepare recruiting reports, track hiring activity, and assist with other administrative and operational talent acquisition needs.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.\n3+ years of talent acquisition experience, including experience applying a range of sourcing strategies and recruiting tools.\nAbility to build effective working relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners.\nExperience using an applicant tracking system and maintaining accurate recruiting records.\nGeneral knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and hiring practices related to talent acquisition.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally with candidates and internal partners.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion.\nAbility to follow established processes while identifying opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency and candidate experience.\nProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nTalent acquisition or recruiting experience in the technology or semiconductor industry.\nExperience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting or a comparable applicant tracking system.\nExperience working in or supporting a multinational organization.\nHuman resources or talent acquisition certification, such as SHRM-CP, PHR certification.\nExperience supporting internship programs, university recruiting, career fairs, or other early-career talent initiatives.\nLocation:\nTempe, AZ.
