The role also includes incident and changes management and supporting employee on- and off-boarding processes.\nTo succeed in this position, candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in network administration or a similar role. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Technical expertise in network management, system security, and a variety of operating systems is required. Problem-solving abilities and customer service skills are also important for this role, and relevant certifications will be considered advantageous.\nResponsibilities:\nEnsure network availability and quality, performing repair actions in collaboration with local teams.\nConfigure, change, update network and firewall devices, policies and rules.\nMonitor network and associated systems to maintain optimal performance.\nAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.\nConduct daily performance analysis and troubleshoot root causes of issues.\nMaintain up-to-date documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.\nMonitor and enforce the company's information security policy and compliance with the regulation.\nManage secure configurations and changes for networks, firewalls, hardware, systems, and mobile devices.\nIdentify appropriate technologies, equipment, and software for building networks.\nManaging and maintaining our IT network in Logistics, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.\nRecommending and contributing changes in network security.\nCoordinating and scheduling downtime for maintenance, patching and upgrades of network devices and systems.\nPerform Incident management - troubleshoot and resolve incidents.\nPerform Change management - plan and implement changes.\nManage and handle logistics for IT equipment.\nSupport the IT aspects of employee on- and off-boarding processes.\nFollow up on ticket requests and escalate as needed.\nRequirements:\n1-2 years of experience as Network Administrator or similar position.\nFluent in English, both written and verbal.\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent customer service skills.\nAbility to work well in a team and under tight deadlines.\nExperience with OSI Model\nExperience with network protocols: OSPF, RSVP/LDP, TCP/IP, RIP, VLANs, Port-security\nExperience with routing, switching, firewalling, and related network protocols (ICMP, ARP, Port-security, etc.).\nExperience with managing switches and routers, firewalls, cloud network.\nExperience with AD, DNS, ADFS, DHCP, NPS, CA.\nPreferred Requirements:\nExperience with Atlassian products (Jira Service Management).\nVirtualization certificates.\nWindows Server certificates.\nNetwork infrastructure certificates.\nITIL certificates.\nOther IT related certificates\nAML RightSource is committed to fostering a diverse work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
