AMLRS has a best-in-class team in Managed Services, Financial Crime Advisory, and Technical Expertise to disrupt financial crimes and their impact.\nAbout the Position:\nThis role will support the Learning & Development (L&D) team in delivering programs and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, professional development, and organizational culture. The intern will assist in managing administrative tasks, coordinating training sessions, and supporting projects aimed at improving employee experience.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist in organizing and scheduling training programs for new hires and existing employees.\n\nSupport the L&D team in managing onboarding and transition activities for employees in the Ready for Allocation (RFA) team.\n\nHelp maintain accurate records of training attendance and feedback using HRIS and other systems.\n\nContribute to employee engagement initiatives, including virtual and in-person events.\n\nAssist in creating and updating learning materials and resources.\n\nCollaborate with other people operation teams to ensure smooth execution of development programs.\n\nPosition Competencies:\nPostgraduate student with a degree in HR or related field.\n\nGraduate in English Honors is a plus.\n\nComfortable using MS Office applications; familiarity with operational tools is a plus.\n\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\n\nExcellent communication skills, both written and spoken (C1 level).\n\nAbility to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.\n\nOpen to working night shift to support teams in the AMER and EMEA region.\n\nThe Successful Candidate Will Be Someone Who:\nEnjoy working with people and fostering a positive culture.\n\nIs adaptable and proactive in managing tasks.\n\nDemonstrates curiosity and interest in learning and development practices.\n\nIs self-motivated and highly organized.\n\nAML RightSource is committed to fostering a diverse work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
