The ability to identifyrisks and manage downward and upward communication is required.\nExperience working in a dynamic, high-growth environmentwhere an eye for process improvement and optimization is key.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nManage a team of 25+ analysts\n\nIdentifytop talent among the team and coach and develop leaders into Senior Analystroles.\n\nInteract regularly with major clients to strengthen the partnership, report results, and identifynew opportunities for services provided.\n\nOversee the team's production and results, seeking opportunities for improved efficiency and streamlined processes and conduct quality control reviewas necessary.\n\nProvide production/service reporting to senior leadership and clients.\n\nContribute to strategic initiatives within the Managed Services practice in partnership with senior leaders.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree with 4- 5 years or more of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), or KYC Management experience\n\nGerman Language Proficiency (C1 level)\n\nAbility to lead projects, develop timelines, coordinate project teamsand implement action items during a project's life.\n\nExperience in transaction monitoring\n\nExperience in KYC processing within corporate or investment banking environments\n\nProven people management skills and decision-making capabilities.\n\nAbility to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team, establishingcooperative and collaborative working relationships.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nProfessional Certification(CAMS)\n\nExperiencein a consulting or managed service environment\n\nMaster’s degree\n\nEntrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to change and improvement.\n\nStrong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and contribute ideas.\n\nAML RightSource is committed to fostering a diverse work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
