Together with our clients, we are Reimagining Compliance.\nAbout the Position\nThe Trainer I is responsible for preparing training materials including outlines, presentations, study guides, and assessments. You will also be responsible for facilitating the Embark training program as well as facilitate the onboarding of new hires.\nIn this position, you will also be responsible for providing recommendations for individualized training as well as one-on-one coaching and support for new employees. In addition, you will provide periodic reporting of staff training records to the leadership and development management team.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nFacilitate Embark training and onboarding \nProvide feedback to new employees on AML workflows \nPreparation of training materials to include outlines, presentations, study guides and assessments \nProvide summaries of Embark performance to the L+D Manager \nProvide recommendations for individualized training as deemed appropriate \nProvide one on one coaching and support to new employees \nSupport client specific training for staff as they join new engagements \nRecommend training strategies to enhance the overall program and comprehension\nProvide periodic reporting of staff training records to the L+D Manager \nOversee and engage those in between project assignments on the Ready For Allocation (RFA) team \nDevelopment and delivery of continuing education courses \nProvide support to other departments as appropriate\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in relevant field\nMinimum 1 year of AML experience\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree in related field\n2+ years of AML experience\nCAMS or related professional certification\nNormal Working Hours and Conditions\nCore business hours are generally 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
