In addition to competitive pay, AMLI offers a housing allowance, bonus opportunities, outstanding benefits, and long-term career growth with a nationally recognized apartment owner and manager.\nWhy Join AMLI?\nCompetitive pay: $35-$39/hour based on experience\n\nMonthly and quarterly bonus opportunities\n\nHousing allowance at AMLI Wallingford\n\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\n\n401(k) with company match\n\n20 days PTO plus 9 paid holidays\n\nCareer advancement opportunities\n\nEmployee recognition programs\n\nStable company with a strong reputation in multifamily housing\n\nWhat You'll Do\nAs the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring the community remains safe, attractive, and operating at the highest standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead, train, schedule, and support the maintenance team\n\nCoordinate and oversee all maintenance projects, repairs, and vendor work\n\nDiagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, drywall, and building systems issues\n\nManage preventative maintenance programs and property inspections\n\nOversee apartment turns and ensure units are move-in ready on schedule\n\nMaintain inventory, order supplies, and manage maintenance-related expenses\n\nAssist with budgeting, capital improvement projects, and vendor bid management\n\nEnsure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety standards\n\nDeliver exceptional customer service and respond promptly to resident service requests\n\nHelp maintain the community's appearance, curb appeal, and overall resident satisfaction\n\nParticipate in an on-call rotation and assist with after-hours emergencies as needed\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\n3-5 years of apartment maintenance experience\n\nStrong troubleshooting skills in electrical, plumbing, appliance, and general maintenance repairs\n\nAbility to lead a team and manage multiple priorities\n\nReliable transportation\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious supervisory or team lead experience\n\nExperience managing vendors, budgets, and preventative maintenance programs\n\nPhysical Requirements\nThis position requires frequent walking, climbing, lifting, bending, kneeling, and working in indoor and outdoor environments.
