Key responsibilities include:\nLeasing & Marketing Strategy - Develop and implement programs to drive traffic and meet occupancy goals. Maintain and execute the Marketing Plan while analyzing market trends.\nTeam Leadership & Training - Hire, train, and motivate a team of at least three Leasing Consultants, ensuring their success through ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.\nCustomer Experience & Sales - Show and lease apartments to qualified prospects, manage follow-ups, and utilize multiple marketing channels (phone, internet, social media).\nMarket & Competitor Analysis - Conduct regular property shopping reports, track market trends, and monitor pricing, policies, and lease terms.\nResident Retention - Develop and maintain resident engagement programs, coordinate lease renewals, and enhance community satisfaction.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nEducation: High School Diploma or GED required.\nExperience: Minimum 2 years of leasing or property management experience preferred.\nSkills: Strong leadership, sales, marketing, and customer service abilities.\nAMLI is a recognized leader in sustainable, LEED & ENERGY STAR-certified luxury apartment communities.
