Our values and continuous improvement culture build the foundation of strong and sustainable businesses appreciated by our employees and customers around the world.\nWe are currently looking for an HR & Payroll Specialist to join our HR team.\nLocation: Szczecin, Poland (full-time, on-site role)\nContract: Maternity cover (fixed-term contract of employment, min. 1.5-2 years)\nResponsibilities in this role will be:\nMaintaining employee records and HR documentation in compliance with applicable labor laws and internal policies\nManaging time and attendance records, including monitoring, verification, and settlement of working time in accordance with legal requirements\nPreparing and verifying payroll calculations and supporting payroll processing activities\nMonitoring the validity of medical examinations, health and safety (HSE) trainings, and employment contract renewal dates\nProviding day-to-day HR and payroll support to employees and managers\nSupporting onboarding activities for newly hired employees\nPreparing and maintaining employment-related documentation, including employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and termination documents\nSupporting the administration of employee benefits programs\nWe are looking for you to have:\nMinimum 2 years of experience in an HR & Payroll Specialist or similar role - mandatory requirement\nPractical knowledge of labor law, social security regulations, and HR/payroll administration processes - mandatory requirement\nAbility to independently manage HR and payroll processes\nExperience working with Enova and Płatnik systems\nStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent organizational skills\nGood command of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel\nAbility to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities\nNice to have:\nKnowledge of regulations and procedures related to the employment of foreign nationals\nWhat we offer:\nThe benefits of working at AMMEGA go beyond the daily work.
