are looking for a Sales & Pricing data Analyst to join our team on a temporary basis, covering a maternity leave.\nThe role will ensure the day-to-day management and analysis of commercial, product and pricing data, supporting Sales and Product Management with accurate information, reporting and analysis.\nThe position has a strong operational focus and will contribute to maintaining data quality, monitoring sales and pricing performance, and ensuring the timely availability of reliable commercial information across the organization.\nCommercial Data & Reporting\nManage, extract and analyze commercial and product data from different business systems, including ERP and CRM.\nPrepare and maintain recurring reports and dashboards related to sales performance, products, customers and pricing.\nMonitor sales performance by region, customer and product family.\nEnsure accuracy, consistency and timely availability of the data used for commercial reporting and analysis.\nSupport Sales and Product Management with ad hoc data extraction and analysis.\nPricing\nManage and monitor pricing data across products, customers and markets.\nPerform recurring pricing analyses and highlight relevant trends or deviations.\nSupport the preparation and maintenance of pricing reports and tools.\nCollect and organize competitor pricing information and benchmarking data, where available.\nProvide Sales and Product Management with the data and analyses required to support pricing decisions.\nMaster Data & CRM\nManage and maintain commercial and product master data across company systems.\nEnsure data quality and consistency between ERP, CRM and reporting tools.\nSupport the day-to-day management and use of the CRM system.\nAct as a reference point for users on data-related issues and recurring CRM activities.\nBusiness Analysis\nCollect and analyze information related to products, customers and market trends.\nSupport the monitoring of relevant commercial KPIs.\nPrepare clear reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.\nIdentify relevant trends, anomalies or data inconsistencies and proactively bring them to the attention of the relevant functions.\nPrevious experience in a Commercial Analyst, Sales Analyst, Pricing Analyst, Data Analyst or similar role.\nStrong analytical skills and confidence in working with data from multiple sources.\nAdvanced knowledge of Excel.\nGood knowledge of Business Intelligence and reporting tools, preferably Power BI.\nExperience with CRM systems; knowledge of Salesforce would be an advantage.\nGood familiarity with AI-powered tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, and a proactive approach to leveraging AI for data analysis, information synthesis, and the preparation of effective presentations.\nGood understanding of sales and commercial processes, preferably gained in a B2B or industrial environment.\nStrong attention to detail and data accuracy.\nGood organizational skills and ability to manage recurring activities and deadlines independently.\nAbility to communicate data and findings clearly to different stakeholders.\nCollaborative and service-oriented approach when working with Sales, Product Management and other business functions.\nGood knowledge of English.\nTemporary contract of approximately 12 months\nIndicative gross salary between 31.000 and 35.000 Euro
