experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing environment is preferred.\nBasic computer knowledge.\nStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving minimized.\nParameters for success (KPIs)\nProductivity Output: Meet or exceed production targets set by the company.\nQuality Rate: Percentage of products produced within specifications.\nWaste Reduction: Amount of material waste
