We're a small team, working remotely.\nWhat you'll doOnboarding (roughly 40% of your time)\nRun kickoff calls and collect what we need from each customer: site lists, vendor API credentials, PV orientation, target yield from PVsyst or Helioscope.\n\nSet up new organisations and assets in AMMP OS; connect vendor APIs, and data source selection.\n\nConfigure and manage AMMP OS platform tailored to the customer's operation\n\nTest end to end before handover, then invite users and set their permissions.\n\nWork closely with other teams including but not limited to Software and Product Team.\n\nAdoption and account health\nTrack feature adoption and a health score for each account; we have a framework drafted and need someone to run it.\n\nRun quarterly check-ins with key accounts. Train users when adoption drops below target.\n\nSpot expansion: more MWp, an added module, Ray, the Data API.\n\nSupport\nBe the first point of contact.\n\nTriage data gaps, missing telemetry and billing questions; use our AI agents for first-line investigation and escalate the rest.\n\nRenewals and feedback\nFeed recurring customer requests into the product backlog, with a clear write-up of who asked and why.\n\nHelp us make onboarding faster. Today a 6-vendor customer takes about 10 hours of asset setup plus 20 hours of dashboard work; we want that number to fall.\n\nWhat you'll bringMust-haves\n3+ years in customer success, technical account management or solutions engineering at a B2B SaaS company.\n\nComfort with data. You can read an API response, write a basic SQL query, and spot when a number looks wrong.\n\nClear written English; you'll write to customers in 35+ countries.\n\nYou finish things.
