You'll work directly with our User Safety lead to create the infrastructure that keeps our community safe.\nWhat you'll do\nDesign and build highly-scalable, efficient, and robust trust and safety platforms and tools, including data tracking pipelines.\n\nDevelop systems to enhance data collection, compliance, and safety processes.\n\nCreate APIs and integrations with third-party services.\n\nCreate intelligent workflows including automating complex decision-making processes.\n\nUnderstand product objectives to develop user-friendly platforms that align with operational needs.\n\nEnsure safety services have zero downtime and can scale as our user base grows.\n\nWho you are\nRequired Qualifications\nAt least 5 years of experience in trust and safety tooling or content moderation systems.\n\nProficiency in designing data structures, building algorithms, and at least one programming language (Go, Kotlin, C, or C++).\n\nGreat communication and teamwork skills.\n\nDemonstrated passion for user safety, human moderation, AI moderation, and operational efficiency.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with web development and frontend technologies.\n\nFamiliarity with regulatory requirements related to online safety (DSA, etc.).\n\nExperience working with machine learning models and data pipelines.\n\nLife at amo\nTo ensure that everyone is set up for success within our way of working, we work together onsite 5 days a week.\nWe wanted to make sure coming to the office was as comfortable as possible for you:\nWe chose a location in central Paris, near Opera (Metro lines 3,8,9 and RER A).\n\nWe have a beautiful Parisian-style office with high ceilings, balconies, and huge windows.
