This role plays a key part in maintaining healthy cash flow, vendor relationships, and financial governance across the organization.\nManage the end-to-end AP process, including invoice verification, processing, and ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers.\nAssist in reviewing budget availability and cost center/project allocation prior to AP payment processing, highlighting any discrepancies for follow-up.\nSupport expenditure forecasting by monitoring approved Purchase Orders (POs), providing visibility into committed spending and expected payment timing to support cash flow planning.\nEnsure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including the calculation, payment, and accurate reporting of applicable taxes (e.g., PPh 21 Non-Employee, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), VAT and Annual Income Tax).\nAssisting Tax Audit preparations (All Taxes) and coordinating with tax consultants.
