Partnering closely with Technology, Supply Chain, Operations, Master Data, and our Head of Warehousing, your focus will be on leading warehouse-related projects, system improvements, reporting frameworks, and process standardisation initiatives across our global network of owned sites and 3PLs. In this role, you will combine operational and technical expertise with your leadership skills to enhance scalability, data accuracy, and overall warehouse performance.\nWhat you will do\nLead warehouse system projects, including WMS/ERP enhancements and integrations.\nManage operational reporting, KPI dashboards, and performance analysis across sites.\nIdentify opportunities to improve productivity, service, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency.\nSupport global warehouse transformations, site launches, and process standardisation.\nLead and develop a small team, providing coaching and prioritising project delivery.\nWhat you should bring\nExperience in warehouse operations, system implementations, or process improvement initiatives.\nKnowledge of WMS and ERP systems, with experience in integrations.\nStrong analytical, reporting, and project management skills.\nLeadership experience with small teams and ability to influence stakeholders.\nExcellent communication and collaborative skills.\nDesirable:\nExperience with WMS, including implementation or enhancements, and ERP systems such as NetSuite.\nExperience with APIs / EDI and multi-country / multi-3PL operations.\nKnowledge of warehouse automation technologies.\nFormal project management qualifications (PRINCE2, Agile, PMP).\nWhat we can offer you\nA welcoming workplace full of drinks, snacks, friendly faces, and fun team-building events.\nAccess to unique discounts at high street retailers, hotels, and service providers, plus 50% off Lovehoney products.\nHybrid work model (3 days per week in-office) with 25 days’ holiday per year, plus an additional day for each year with Lovehoney.\nAccess to customised training opportunities to support your learning journey, complemented by biannual feedback cycles.\nGym benefits and a mental wellbeing platform.\nStay secure at work and at home with a complimentary 1Password Family account.
