How you'll make an impact
- Inspire, develop and nurture a collaborative inhouse team of Talent Acquisition Consultants to deliver against business hiring needs and provide a consistent and outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience
- Drive operational excellence and effectiveness. Reimagine processes to leverage AI.
- Ensure we have the appropriate resourcing to deliver optimal service to the business and quality of experience.
- Maintain high standards in selection, assessment and decision-making
- Work with the People Data & Analytics team to utilise data to track and report recruiting KPIs to drive transparency
- and accountability within the team and for key stakeholders. Own and deliver regular reporting.
- Coach Talent Acquisition Consultants to deliver strategic insights to hiring managers and develop creative sourcing
- strategies utilising external market insights
- Proactively work with Senior Business Partners to drive an enterprise view and understanding of talent across AMP
- and advocate for internal talent mobility
- Contribute to the achievement of greater diversity within teams through influencing the adoption of best practice
- Inclusion & Diversity talent guidelines and practices
- Work with peers on Employer Branding strategy and proactively and positively represent AMP in the marketplace

- Partner with the Head of Business Partnering and TA to manage the recruitment agency panel to ensure
- effectiveness and ROI
- Act as the Product SME for the PeopleCONNECT Recruitment module
- Respecting Risk - management of AMP’s recruitment policy and Talent Acquisition related risks and controls
What you'll bring to the role
- Degree qualified; business, HR or related discipline preferred
- Experience leading or mentoring recruitment teams
- Experience in professional, contingent, volume and early careers recruitment, preferably within a matrixed financial services environment
- Strong end to end recruitment experience
- Track record of building trusted relationships with hiring mangers and senior executives
- Data driven and continuous improvement mindset
- A proven ability to pip
