(System & Data Management)- ดูแลและบริหารจัดการบัญชีผู้ใช้งาน (User Account) รวมถึงกำหนดสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงข้อมูลตามนโยบายขององค์กร- ควบคุม ตรวจสอบ และดูแลความถูกต้องของการตั้งค่าฐานข้อมูลหลัก (Master Data Management) ในระบบ- สร้าง ดึงข้อมูล และปรับปรุงรายงาน (Report) หรือ Dashboard จากระบบ ERP ตามความต้องการของแต่ละหน่วยงานด้านการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบ (System Improvement & UAT)- รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ความต้องการ (Requirement Gathering) จากผู้ใช้งาน เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงหรือเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของระบบ- เข้าร่วมและประสานงานการทดสอบระบบ (User Acceptance Test - UAT) เมื่อมีการอัปเดตเวอร์ชัน ปรับปรุงระบบ หรือเปิดใช้งานโมดูลใหม่- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูล (Data Migration) ระหว่างการนำเข้าระบบใหม่หรือระบบเชื่อมต่ออื่นๆด้านการฝึกอบรมและจัดทำเอกสาร (Training & Documentation)- ประสานงานกับผู้พัฒนาระบบ (Vendor), Programmer หรือที่ปรึกษา (Consultant) ภายนอกและภายใน ในกรณีที่เกิดปัญหาเชิงลึกหรือต้องมีการแก้ไขโปรแกรม- ทำงานร่วมกับ Key User ของแต่ละแผนก (เช่น บัญชี, จัดซื้อ, คลังสินค้า, ฝ่ายผลิต) เพื่อให้กระบวนการทำงาน (Business Process) สอดคล้องกับระบบ\nQualifications\nไม่จำกัดเพศ\n\nวุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ (IT), วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, ระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการจัดการ (MIS), วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง\n\nมีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้าน ERP Support, IT Support หรือเคยเป็น Key User ระบบ ERP (เช่น SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo หรือระบบ ERP ขององค์กร)\n\nมีความเข้าใจในกระบวนการทางธุรกิจ (Business Process) พื้นฐาน เช่น ระบบบัญชี-การเงิน, จัดซื้อ, บริหารสินค้าคงคลัง, หรือการผลิต\n\nมีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการจับใจความ สามารถอธิบายเรื่องทางเทคนิคให้ผู้ใช้งานทั่วไปเข้าใจได้ง่าย\n\nมีใจรักงานบริการ (Service Mind) แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี และมีความใจเย็น\n\nมีความรู้และเข้าใจภาษาคอมพิวเตอร์ เช่น C#, Java, PHP และ HTML
