This role fosters strong relationships with sites, members, and internal teams to maintain program integrity, ensure compliance with AmeriCorps regulations, and achieve positive participant results.\nResponsibilities\nCohort & Member Management\nProvide regular support, feedback, and coaching to ensure a positive and productive service experience for a cohort of AmeriCorps members. \nMonitor member performance, service hours, and professional growth; address concerns promptly and professionally. \nFacilitate and deliver member training sessions and onboarding activities. \nCollaborate with Internal Coaches/Site Supervisors and Coaching Specialists/Content Experts to manage member supervision, development, and performance. \nProgram & Site Implementation\nServe as the primary operational contact for assigned sites, building strong relationships with administrators, Internal Coaches/Site Supervisors, and other staff. \nConduct regular site visits and check-ins to ensure smooth program implementation, address challenges, and foster engagement. A minimum of quarterly visits based on cohort size or supervisor/regional expectations. \nPartner with Coaching Specialists/Content Experts and site staff to ensure program fidelity and to maximize participant outcomes. \nTrack compliance requirements, including member hours, paperwork, and evaluations; approve timesheets and provide corrective guidance as needed. \nSupport continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for program growth, expansion, and process enhancements. \nRecruitment & Community Engagement\nConduct AmeriCorps member interviews, document notes, and make selection decisions for assigned regions. \nPartner with Talent Acquisition and external organizations to strengthen recruitment pipelines. \nRepresent Ampact at community events, job fairs, and site visits to promote awareness and engagement with AmeriCorps programs. \nSupport marketing and media opportunities to elevate program visibility under the guidance of the marketing team. \nOther Duties as Assigned\n\nQualifications\nMinimum Education\nHigh school diploma/GED \nMinimum Experience\n3+ years of program management or implementation experience, ideally in a non-profit setting. \nStrong collaboration and partnership-building skills. \nExcellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities; able to mediate conflict and exercise sound judgment. \nSkilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. \nOrganized, goal-oriented, and deadline-driven. \nProfessional communicator with strong listening, public speaking (preferred), and writing skills. \nResults-driven, adaptable, and solution-focused. \nHigh emotional intelligence and self-awareness. \nPhysical Requirements\nAmpact is committed to compliance with the Minnesota Human Rights Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act and will make reasonable accommodations as possible to enable employees to perform the essential function of their positions.\nThis position requires the ability to:\nTravel locally and statewide as needed to attend meetings \nCommunicate effectively with people/groups in multiple settings within and outside the organization \nEffectively utilize existing and emerging technology to achieve required results \nTransporting moderately heavy objects up to 25 pounds \nBenefits\nAmpact offers an excellent benefit package including Medical, HSA, Dental, Vision, FSA, Life, Disability, PTO and 401(k).\nEEOC\nAmpact will not discriminate for or against any AmeriCorps service member or applicant on the basis of race, color, creed, national origin, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, disability, gender identity or expression, political affiliation, marital or parental status, familial status, military service, or any other category protected by law.
