With 1,500 employees across multiple business units, we are committed to delivering quality, safety, and excellence in every project.\nJob Summary\nThe Project Coordinator (PC) supports project management team members in the planning, documentation, and execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) service projects. This role ensures the timely flow of information between the field, office, vendors, and clients-supporting operational efficiency, cost control, and quality delivery across all active projects and ensure client satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities Include: (But not limited to the following)\nAssist Project Managers and Service team members in coordinating day-to-day project activities and schedules.\nPrepare, track, and manage project documentation including customer communications, coordinated sub-contractors, working with procurement re: material delivery, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change orders.\nMaintain accurate and organized project files within company systems (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Spectrum, etc.).\nSupport project cost tracking, invoice processing, and purchase order management.\nMonitor material orders and delivery schedules in coordination with procurement and field teams.\nFacilitate internal and external communication between field operations, subcontractors, and clients.\nPrepare project status reports and distribute weekly updates to leadership as required.\nAssist with job closeout documentation, warranty tracking, and project archiving.\nPartner with Payroll and HRIS teams as needed for project-specific labor or timekeeping reconciliations.\nEnsure adherence to company safety, quality, and compliance standards.\nQualifications\n Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).\nExperience using construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Spectrum or similar).\nFamiliarity with reading and understanding construction drawings and specifications.\n\nCompetencies:Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.\nClear, professional written and verbal communication with internal teams, clients, and vendors.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.\nProactive, team-oriented problem solver who follows through on open items.\n\nApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without future employment sponsorship\nRecruitment Agencies\n To protect the interests of all parties, AMPAM WILL NOT accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate.
