Visit ampamericas.com.\nPosition Summary\nThe Reliability Leader will work to develop and implement reliability strategies across all RNG sites. This role will support the execution of the organization’s Reliability Roadmap while driving continuous improvement initiatives that leverage reliability analytics to optimize asset capacity, reduce equipment failures, and improve overall cost performance. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Operations.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and implement strategies for improving mechanical reliability across multiple sites.\nDevelop appropriate equipment maintenance plans, including equipment inspections, predictive and preventive maintenance (PPM), critical spare parts management, and FIIX data utilization, using tools such as Criticality Assessments and Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA)\nFoster a reliability-focused culture across site organizations and business partners by recommending resources, championing standard work practices, and ensuring teams understand and apply techniques required to maximize asset reliability and shift from reactive to proactive maintenance practices\nSupport execution of Amp Work Management by utilizing technical expertise and site master data (equipment files, technical documents, training materials, maintenance plans, scope task lists, materials, and spare parts) to identify and implement maintenance planning and job scope improvements\nEvaluate the effectiveness of current predictive maintenance programs and establish reliability activities for existing, modified, and newly installed equipment\nCollaborate closely with Technology, Maintenance, Operations, and Production teams, as well as the Operations & Support Center\nServe as a role model by training, coaching, and mentoring team members in advanced reliability techniques and tools to strengthen reliability capabilities across all locations.\nAnalyze systems and equipment against design basis requirements and develop action plans to address identified gaps\nParticipate in site safety committees and incorporate applicable safety and reliability standards into equipment and maintenance practices, with a focus on Mechanical Integrity Quality Assurance (MIQA)\nEnsure new designs and modifications incorporate reliability, maintainability, operability, and life-cycle cost considerations\nParticipate in maintenance and reliability networks, sharing best practices, lessons learned, successes, and improvement opportunities across sites\nDemonstrate clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, including KPI reporting, analysis, and presentation\nSupport the company's renewable energy initiatives through strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset\nUtilize and support SCADA systems (e.g., Wonderware, FactoryTalk, Ignition) and data historians (e.g., AVEVA, OSI PI) to improve operational reliability and performance\nProvide operational support and cross-site coverage as needed to ensure business continuity and effective resource utilization\nRequired Skills / Abilities / Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred)\n5-7 years of relevant engineering, reliability, maintenance, or military-equivalent experience\nAbility to lead through influence and collaborate effectively across functions and locations\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills\nProven ability to work independently and drive results\nAbility to travel 50-60% of the time\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in renewable energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, or other high-hazard process industries.\nExperience with condition-based and predictive maintenance techniques, including vibration analysis, oil analysis, infrared thermography, ultrasonics, and performance testing.\nUnderstanding of non-destructive testing (NDT) methods such as eddy current testing, ultrasonic thickness testing, radiography, and visual inspections.\nKnowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Equipment Uptime, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and Life Cycle Cost Analysis/Total Cost of Ownership principles.\nFamiliarity with FIIX or similar computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).\nWhat We Offer\nCompensation package commensurate with experience including performance-based bonus\nComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance\n401(k) with company match\nPaid time off and company holidays\nOpportunity to build upon your career in a company on the cutting edge of the RNG industry.\n\nBase Salary Range: $133,000 - $163,000\n\nDisclaimer: This job description is not intended to be a comprehensive list of the duties and responsibilities of the position, and the duties and responsibilities may change without notice.
