This role provides exposure to procurement operations, supply planning, inventory management, logistics, and digital transformation initiatives.\nThe intern will function similarly to a Junior Buyer while taking an active role in reviewing existing workflows, identifying process improvement opportunities, and supporting automation projects to enhance operational efficiency across the supply chain.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAs an intern, you will support in activities such as:\nProcurement & Supply Chain Operations, Process Review and Documentation\nSupport daily procurement activities, including purchase requisition reviews, purchase order creation, and supplier follow-up.\nMonitor open purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to support factory production requirements.\nMap and document existing supply chain processes, including:Order Request\nPurchase Requisition\nPurchase Order Processing\nShipment Tracking\nInventory Planning & Replenishment\n\nAssist to streamlin standardized process flows and work instructions.\nIdentify operational bottlenecks, duplicate activities, and manual processes\nProcess Automation & Digitalization\nSupport digitalization initiatives to reduce manual transactions and improve workflow efficiency:Manual data entry\nProcessing lead times\nOperational inefficiencies\n\nSupport dashboards development and reporting using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, or Power Platform tools.\nCollaborate with the global supply chain team to learn the existing workflow and to propose automation plans:Requisition-to-Purchase Order Process\nSupplier Follow-up Activities\nShipment Visibility Tracking\nInventory Monitoring\nKPI Reporting\n\nEvaluate opportunities for real-time visibility and reporting across procurement and logistics activities.\nWhat you will learn\nDesign, implement, and improve Supply Chain Management processes in a fast-growing organization\nReal-world application of AI, automation, and digital tools to solve operational challenges\nHands-on experience supporting procurement and supply chain through structured, scalable processes\nAn understanding of how strong operational foundations enable teams to execute efficiently and reliably \nQualifications:\nCurrently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields\nStrong interest in operations, process improvement, data, or digital transformation\nComfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools\nLogical, structured thinker with good attention to detail\nGood teamwork, communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment\nPlease note: This role requires working on-site 5 days a week.
