Ampersand Therapy is hiring an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year in the Phoenix/Glendale, AZ area. What You'll Do
- Create an inclusive classroom setting for all learners
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or Related Field
- Active Early Childhood Special Education Teacher license through the Arizona Department of Education
- Active Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Previous experience working in the classroom setting is preferred
