About the Role
Hello,School Social Worker s! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time School Social Worker to support students in a K-12 school setting in Brighton, CO. You’ll provide counseling, crisis support, and social-emotional services while collaborating with school teams and families. We welcome both new and experienced clinicians!

What You’ll Do
- Provide individual and group counseling
- Support crisis intervention, de-escalation, and safety planning
- Participate in IEP, MTSS, and student support team meetings
- Conduct social-emotional and behavioral assessments
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Support student attendance, engagement, and access to resources
- Develop and implement intervention plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Connect students and families with community resources
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field
- Valid Colorado CDE Special Services Provider license with School Social Worker endorsement (or eligibility by start date)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and crisis response skills
- School-based experience preferred, not required
- Passion for supporting students’ mental health and well-being
