Essential Duties and Responsibilities\nFinancial Planning & Analysis\nAnalyze monthly financial results and identify key business trends, risks, and opportunities.\n\nDevelop financial models supporting strategic decision making, capital investments, pricing initiatives, and business growth.\n\nPrepare executive-level reporting, dashboards, and presentations for AGIS leadership.\n\nMonitor KPIs including revenue, gross margin, working capital, inventory, and cash flow\n\nSupport annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning.\n\nBusiness Partnership\nPartner with General Managers and Controllers to improve business performance and profitability.\n\nProvide financial insight supporting operational, commercial, and strategic initiatives.\n\nChallenge assumptions through data-driven analysis and recommend practical business solutions.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve margins, productivity, and cash generation.\n\nReporting & Financial Controls\nConsolidate and analyze financial information from global business units.\n\nEnsure accurate and timely financial reporting consistent with AGIS and Corporate standards.\n\nSupport internal control evaluations and compliance with corporate policies.\n\nAssist in identifying and implementing reporting standardization and best practices across the Group.\n\nStrategic Initiatives\nParticipate in financial due diligence for acquisitions and support integration activities.\n\nAnalyze market opportunities, business cases, and investment proposals.\n\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives through automation, business intelligence tools, and enhanced financial reporting.\n\nLead or participate in special projects supporting Group Finance and Executive Leadership.\n\nCollaboration\nBuild strong relationships with Finance, Operations, Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain leaders across AGIS.\n\nWork closely with business units across North America, Europe, and Asia to promote consistency and financial excellence.\n\nJob Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline.\n\nCPA, CMA, MBA, or progress toward an advanced certification preferred.\n\n3–7 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, Public Accounting, or Manufacturing Finance.\n\nManufacturing or industrial experience strongly preferred.\n\nExperience supporting multiple business units or international operations preferred.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.\n\nExperience with ERP systems, and/or Power BI\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial information.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence business leaders.\n\nSelf-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
