They should also be able to connect with our practitioners in an engaging and energetic manner.\nLocation: NSW or Victoria\nResponsibilities:\nDeliver structured coaching programs to enhance practitioner performance and clinical excellence\nFacilitate training through a blend of methodologies, including e-learning, virtual sessions, and in-person workshops\nLead induction programs to onboard new practitioners effectively\nAdminister on-the-job training\nCreate and update engaging training modules aligned with best practices and business needs\nSupport Interns and Overseas Trained Audiologists in their professional development and career progression\nThe Ideal Candidate:\nQualified Practitioner (QP) Audiologist with a minimum of one year of clinical experience\nExperience supervising university students and/or early-career audiologists\nDemonstrated passion for training, coaching, and delivering service excellence\nConfident public speaker\nWillingness to travel as required\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite\nHighly organised and deadline driven\nProven leader with the ability to deliver results\nPutting People First\nOne of the ways we amplify careers is by helping our people achieve their full potential.
