Reporting to the Senior Area Manager, you will act as the first point of contact for our customers, helping them rediscover all the emotions of sound.\nThis is a full timecontract opportunity for approximately 2-3 months, working onsite in our Brimley Scarborough clinic.\n\nCompensation: $19-$24/hour + incentive opportunities\nSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm\nBenefits Offered:\nWork-life Balance: Generous vacation, paid holidays, and volunteer time off.\nCareer Development: Access to Ampli-Academy, LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, team training, and tuition reimbursement. \nKey Responsibilities:\nCustomer Journey Management\nManage the customer intake process and set appointment expectations to deliver a high-quality experience. \nCoordinate, screen, and confirm appointments via phone and in-person engagement. \nSupport the Hearing Care Professional with hearing screenings and routine hearing aid repairs or troubleshooting. \nAdministration & Operations\nMonitor inventory, assist with billing and invoicing, and manage walk-in inquiries. \nMaintain the customer database to ensure data accuracy and compliance with healthcare privacy standards. \nDrive appointments and store performance through proactive outbound calling to potential and existing customers. \nSales & Marketing Support\nPartner with the clinical team to engage in marketing efforts, office promotions, and social media initiatives. \nPrepare customer appointments and engage in the sale of hearing aid accessories. \nMust-Have Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a medical setting.\n2+ years of experience in a front desk or reception capacity.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n2+ years of appointment management experience. \nPrevious experience working within a healthcare setting. \nAdaptable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated to help achieve revenue goals. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows. \nAmplifon is the global leader in the hearing care retail market, empowering people to rediscover all the emotions of sound.
