The role drives program delivery across the entire implementation lifecycle by coordinating business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners, ensuring alignment on scope, budget, timelines, and objectives. Through effective governance, change management, and adoption practices, the role maximizes business value realization and supports enterprise-wide AI transformation.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the execution and global deployment of strategic AI initiatives, defining program plans, roadmaps, resource requirements, and milestones, while ensuring delivery against approved scope, budget, timelines, and business objectives.\nCoordinate business stakeholders, technical teams and external partners throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring alignment on requirements, decisions and delivery priorities.\nProvide governance and oversight for AI programs, ensuring consistency, scalability and alignment with enterprise standards and methodologies.\nPartner with development and technology teams to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications and implementation plans.\nMonitor and regularly update senior stakeholders on program plans, performance, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies, implementing corrective actions and escalating issues when required.\nDrive adoption, change management and communication activities to maximize user engagement, business value realization and successful organizational adoption.\nSupport the transition of AI solutions into operational environments, ensuring readiness, sustainability and effective business integration.\nPrepare and communicate program updates, progress reports and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nBachelor's or Master's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.\nSolid understanding of AI technologies, use cases, and deployment approaches, with the ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders.\nExperience managing complex transformation or technology programs in AI, automation, digital transformation, or related domains.\nExperience in AI-related initiatives, including business adoption, implementation, governance, or change management.\nPrevious managerial experience with ownership of strategic initiatives and cross-functional coordination responsibilities.\nExperience working with technical development teams and translating business needs into technical requirements.\nExperience engaging with senior executives and business leaders in global and multicultural environments.\nFull professional proficiency in English.\nMindset & Soft Skills\nStrategic thinking\nStakeholder management\nExecutive communication and Presentation Skills\nInfluencing and negotiation\nLeadership and team coordination\nProgram and delivery management\nProblem solving and analytical thinking\nChange management and organizational agility\nCollaboration and cross-functional networking\nLocation: HQ Milan, Italy (Hybrid - allowing employees to work 6 days per month remotely)\nCompensation & Benefits\nApplicable Collective Agreement: CCNL Commercio (Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi)\nContractual Level: Employee Level Quadro\nContract Type: Permanent - Full Time\nThe reference Gross Annual Salary is approximately in the range of €49.000 to €71.000.
