The role drives alignment across Countries, Regions and Global Functions, supports senior leadership and the Board of Directors in risk-related decision-making, and contributes to strengthening the Group’s risk management framework and culture.\nKey responsibilities\nLead the Group Enterprise Risk Management process, ensuring consistent identification, assessment and prioritization of risks across Countries, Regions and Global Functions.\nPlan and manage the annual and mid-year risk assessment cycles, coordinating interviews and workshops with General Managers, Regional and Country representatives, Functional leaders and other relevant stakeholders.\nConsolidate Country, Regional and Functional risk assessments, facilitating alignment with Vice Presidents, Chiefs and the CEO to define the Group’s top risks.\nPrepare risk reports, presentations and supporting materials for Chiefs, the CEO and the Board of Directors.\nImplement and continuously improve ERM methodologies to assess the risks that may affect the achievement of the Group’s strategic objectives.\nAssess strategic, operational, financial, compliance and emerging risks, including ESG, people, cyber and macroeconomic risks.\nCoordinate and integrate within Enterprise Risk Management activities the risk assessments performed by other Group Functions, including Climate Risk Assessments.\nPlan and perform Financial Materiality activities, for the identification and evaluation of ESG Risks and Opportunities, as part of the Double Materiality process.\nDefine and maintain qualitative and quantitative Key Risk Indicators and related thresholds to support the continuous monitoring of Group risks.\nSupport Risk Owners in defining appropriate risk response strategies and related mitigation plans.\nMonitor the implementation of the mitigation actions of the Group Top Risks, conducting regular follow-ups and supporting relevant pilot projects.\nReview and enhance the Group’s risk governance framework, including roles, responsibilities and information flows.\nPerform additional risk-based assessments according to emerging business and organizational needs, as well as specific topics.\nCollaborate closely with Internal Audit, in the related activities with a risk-based approach.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nProfessional experience\nMaster’s degree in economics or engineering or a related field is a plus.\nAt least 5 years of professional experience in Enterprise Risk Management, gained with a Big-4 leading consulting firm and/or risk management function of a multinational company.\nExperience in performing qualitative and quantitative risk assessments.\nKnowledge of Enterprise Risk Management methodologies and risk and control frameworks.\nExperience in engaging with senior executives and preparing materials for executive committees, Boards of Directors.\nExperience working in an international and multicultural environment.\nAvailability to travel internationally up to 30%.\nFull professional proficiency in English, additional languages are a plus.\nMindset & Soft Skills\nBusiness acumen.\nAnalytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.\nStakeholder management and influencing skills across all organizational levels.\nAbility to interact confidently and professionally with senior executives, board members and control bodies.\nPlanning, coordination, communication and project management skills.\nAccuracy, professional judgement and attention to details.\nProactive, collaborative and solution-oriented approach.\nLocation: HQ Milan, Italy (Hybrid - allowing employees to work 6 days per month remotely)\nCompensation & Benefits\nApplicable Collective Agreement: CCNL Commercio (Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi)\nContractual Level: Employee Level Quadro\nContract Type: Permanent - Full Time\nThe reference Gross Annual Salary is approximately in the range of €73.000 -€91.000.
