We believe that it’s only through strong investment in talent engagement, continuous professional development, support and recognition that our people can exceed every limit and build a fulfilling career.\nWhat we are looking for\nThe goal for this role is that you lead in maximizing total revenues per head and margins by optimizing the company customer offering through:\nProduct & services portfolio design and maintenancePricing & promo strategy definition and monitoring\nLeading and supporting your team \n\nKey responsibilities\nProduct & services portfolio\nHearing aids and other products:\nStarting from the Global Offering Guidelines, design product life cycle and launch of NPDs based on innovation funnel of suppliers (continuous relationship with them); leadership of launch projects in collaboration with other functions: Finance, Sales, Procurement, Audiology, etc.Monitor and optimization of product portfolio\nMonthly Reporting and forecast accuracy of product mix, average selling price and discount\nLead the Product go-to-market strategy and execution in close collaboration with the Supply Chain and Retail Excellence teams\n\nServices:\nDefine the strategy of bundles service and additional service packs attached to the purchase of Hearing aids in order to push upselling and generate cross-selling. \nDrive the local adoption strategy for the Amplifon App and upcoming digital ecosystem solutions\n\nDefine pricing & promo strategy\nContinuous monitoring of average selling price, discount and margins performance and data analysis to detect issues, areas of improvement and recommending actions\nMonthly price forecasting\nCompetition monitoring and reacting\nDesign and execute promotional campaigns, in collaboration with Brand and CRM teams, to achieve ASP targets and maximize commercial performance\n\nPricing execution control in store\nLead a continuous store systems evolution to always ensure full control on pricing, promotions and discount execution in store (Key user and liaison with IT function)\nOperational excellence in the sale & aftersales process\n\nLead a team of 2 people\nLead, coach, and develop a team of 2 specialists, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.\n\nGuide the team through cross-functional projects, ensuring effective stakeholder management and execution excellence.\n\nWhat you’ll need\nBusiness / Engineering degree or equivalent\nExperience in pricing and product offering (5+ Years)\nProven track record of multifunctional projects leadership\nDigital knowledge would be very appreciated\nBI experience is a plus\nThe following competencies describe you best\nStrong analytical skills\nProject management\nPeople management \nPresentation skills\nAbility to work with international/corporate teams\nWhat do we offer\nA very interesting, fast paced and energetic work environment with very helpful and skilled colleagues by your side.
