In this role, you will own the full recruitment life cycle from building thoughtful sourcing strategies and engaging inclusive candidate pools to partnering closely with hiring managers and driving offers to close.\nThis is more than a sourcing role. You will serve as a true talent advisor to the business consulting with hiring teams, shaping search strategies, and ensuring every candidate who interacts with Amplify walks away with an exceptional experience. If you are a self-motivated recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and believes in the power of education, we want to hear from you.\nThis is a full-time contract position with an expected duration of 6 months, with the potential for extension.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of functions including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management while delivering a high-quality, diverse slate of candidates to hiring managers\n\nDevelop and execute creative, thoughtful sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines for both exempt and non-exempt roles\n\nAct as a strategic talent consultant and advisor to hiring managers partnering to define role requirements, align on search strategy, and set clear expectations around timing and delivery\n\nDeliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the process through timely, transparent, and thoughtful communication\n\nMaintain deep subject matter expertise in the EdTech industry, including awareness of the competitive talent landscape and relevant recruitment resources\n\nEnsure 100% accuracy in tracking and managing the recruitment process in Ashby, maintaining full compliance with Amplify's hiring practices and standards\n\nSustain a high level of productivity and quality during peak hiring periods without compromising the candidate or hiring manager experience\n\nSupport special projects and other People Team initiatives as needed\nMinimum Qualifications: \n\n4+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, ideally in an in-house environment\n\nDemonstrated ability to design and execute creative sourcing strategies across a variety of functions including Product, Finance, Technology, Sales, and Administrative roles with a special focus on Product and Technology.\n\nStrong ability to source, network with, and assess candidates across multiple disciplines and levels\n\nHands-on experience with Ashby ATS and Workday HRIS\n\nProficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and the Google Suite of products\n\nProven track record of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nPrevious recruiting experience in the Education or EdTech industry\n\nExceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently across all levels from entry-level candidates to senior leadership\n\nStrong client service orientation with a demonstrated ability to build trusted, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders\n\nHighly organized, self-directed, and able to manage competing priorities with minimal oversight\n\nAn innovative, solutions-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for process improvement\n\nAmplify is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
