This paid, remote 10-week internship offers the chance to make a real impact on products used by millions of students and teachers.\nIf you're comfortable with customer research, feedback synthesis, and structured problem-solving, and you're genuinely curious about how user insights drive product experience and long-term impact, this could be a perfect fit for you. The ideal candidate will love digging into complex information, bring a collaborative, ask-questions-first energy to your work, and feel excited to help shape experiences that move the needle for K-12 learners.\nThough remote, interns will join a 2-day in-person experience at Amplify HQ in Brooklyn, NY. Throughout the program, interns will engage with Amplify's culture via product demos, team-building activities, and engagement initiatives, plus grow through a virtual speaker series featuring Amplify executives, additional product demos, and dedicated mentorship.\nWhile our summer intern roles are remote positions, interns must be authorized to work in the US, reside in the US for the internship's duration, and be available full-time for the entire program, June 7 - August 13, 2027.\nKey responsibilities may include:\nSupport customer and user research initiatives by gathering, organizing, and synthesizing feedback\n\nHelp identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities to improve the user experience\n\nPartner with cross-functional teams to document customer insights and inform product and service improvements\n\nAssist with user testing, surveys, interviews, and other Voice of the Customer activities\n\nContribute to customer-facing documentation, support resources, journey maps, presentations, and internal communications\n\nTrack and organize customer feedback to help teams identify recurring themes and prioritize opportunities\n\nParticipate in product demos and Product Manager meetings to build knowledge of Amplify's products and services\n\nWhat we can offer you:\nDirect experience with tools and practices used in Customer Experience and EdTech\n\nReal-world challenges affecting educators, students, and families\n\nCollaboration with teams across the organization\n\nContributions to meaningful customer and user research\n\nMentorship from industry professionals\n\nExposure to Technology, Marketing, Design, Operations, Product, and Production\n\nHands-on training in a fast-paced, agile environment\n\nOpportunities to help shape product and customer experience improvements through research and feedback\n\nBasic Qualifications for this Amplify Internship:\nEducation: Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program, returning to school in Fall 2027\n\nFull-time availability to participate from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nAbility to synthesize information, identify themes, and communicate insights clearly\n\nKnowledge of and interest in the K-12 education technology field\n\nPreferred Qualifications for Customer Experience Interns:\nExperience with customer research, user interviews, surveys, usability testing, customer support, or related activities\n\nInterest in customer experience, user research, product development, education, communications, or a related field\n\nExcellent interpersonal and collaboration skills\n\nAbility to think critically about usability and suggest thoughtful improvements to products, services, or content organization\n\nFamiliarity with digital products, customer journey mapping, research tools, or collaboration platforms\n\nAmplify is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
