This paid, remote 10-week internship offers the chance to make a real impact on products used by millions of students and teachers.\nIf you're comfortable with IT support, systems administration, and structured technical troubleshooting, and you're genuinely curious about how technology infrastructure drives seamless digital experiences and long-term reliability, this could be a perfect fit for you. The ideal candidate will love digging into complex technical problems, bring a collaborative, ask-questions-first energy to your work, and feel excited to help maintain the secure, scalable environment that keeps K-12 learning running without interruption.\nThough remote, interns will join a 2-day in-person experience at Amplify HQ in Brooklyn, NY. Throughout the program, interns will engage with Amplify's culture via product demos, team-building activities, and engagement initiatives, plus grow through a virtual speaker series featuring Amplify executives, additional product demos, and dedicated mentorship.\nWhile our summer intern roles are remote positions, interns must be authorized to work in the US, reside in the US for the internship's duration, and be available full-time for the entire program, June 7 - August 13, 2027.\nKey responsibilities may include:\nSupport the day-to-day operations of IT service delivery, including help desk ticket management, troubleshooting, and resolution across hardware, software, and network issues\n\nHelp identify recurring technical issues, inefficiencies, and service gaps to improve IT processes and end-user experience\n\nPartner with cross-functional teams to assist with device provisioning, software deployment, user account management, and onboarding/offboarding workflows\n\nContribute to IT documentation, knowledge base articles, standard operating procedures, and internal service guides\n\nTrack and manage IT assets, inventory records, and service requests to ensure accurate and up-to-date systems management\n\nWhat we can offer you:\nDirect exposure to IT service management tools, platforms, and best practices used in EdTech\n\nReal-world IT challenges that directly support educators, students, and families\n\nCollaboration with IT, Engineering, Security, and Operations teams across the organization\n\nContributions to meaningful infrastructure and service improvement initiatives in a mission-driven environment\n\nMentorship from industry professionals at the forefront of IT services in education technology\n\nExposure to IT Support, Systems Administration, Cloud Services, Cybersecurity, and IT Operations\n\nHands-on training in a fast-paced, agile environment\n\nOpportunities to help shape the reliability, security, and efficiency of the technology infrastructure that powers K-12 learning at scale\n\nBasic Qualifications for this Amplify Internship:\nEducation: Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program, returning to school in Fall 2027\n\nFull-time availability to participate from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nAbility to synthesize information, identify themes, and communicate insights clearly\n\nKnowledge of and interest in the K-12 education technology field\n\nPreferred Qualifications for IT Services Interns:\nWorking knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Zendesk\n\nExposure to operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux environments; comfort with basic system configuration and administration\n\nBackground in IT support, help desk operations, or technical troubleshooting through coursework, personal projects, or prior experience\n\nInterest in cloud services, cybersecurity, network administration, identity and access management, or IT operations\n\nExcellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams\n\nComfort with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory, or similar enterprise productivity and directory platforms\n\nAmplify is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
