This paid, remote 10-week internship offers the chance to make a real impact on products used by millions of students and teachers.\nIf you're comfortable with instructional design, adult learning principles, and content development, and you're genuinely curious about how effective training drives performance and adoption, this could be a perfect fit for you. The ideal candidate will love digging into complex information, bring a collaborative, ask-questions-first energy to your work, and feel excited to help shape training infrastructure that moves the needle for K-12 learners.\nThough remote, interns will join a 2-day in-person experience at Amplify HQ in Brooklyn, NY. Throughout the program, interns will engage with Amplify's culture via product demos, team-building activities, and engagement initiatives, plus grow through a virtual speaker series featuring Amplify executives, additional product demos, and dedicated mentorship.\nWhile our summer intern roles are remote positions, interns must be authorized to work in the US, reside in the US for the internship's duration, and be available full-time for the entire program, June 7 - August 13, 2027.\nKey responsibilities may include:\nSupport the design, development, and delivery of training programs, enablement curricula, onboarding materials, and learning resources for internal teams including Sales, Customer Experience, and Operations as well as external users including educators and district administrators\n\nHelp identify knowledge gaps, training needs, and enablement opportunities across internal and external audiences to improve product adoption, performance outcomes, and user confidence\n\nAssist with the development of e-learning modules, facilitator guides, job aids, knowledge base articles, video scripts, and other multimedia learning assets across a variety of formats and delivery modalities\n\nContribute to the management and organization of the Learning Management System (LMS) including course uploads, content updates, learner enrollment, completion tracking, and reporting\n\nTrack training effectiveness metrics, learner engagement data, and program feedback to help the team evaluate impact, identify improvement opportunities, and demonstrate enablement ROI\n\nParticipate in product demonstrations, enablement team meetings, and cross-functional planning sessions to build knowledge of Amplify's product suite, go-to-market strategy, and training delivery standards\n\nWhat we can offer you:\nDirect exposure to instructional design tools, enablement platforms, and learning & development best practices used in EdTech\n\nReal-world training and enablement challenges that directly impact the performance and success of internal teams and external users\n\nCollaboration with Training, Sales, Customer Experience, Product, and People teams across the organization\n\nContributions to meaningful enablement initiatives that drive product adoption and organizational performance in a mission-driven environment\n\nMentorship from industry professionals at the forefront of training, enablement, and learning & development in education technology\n\nExposure to Instructional Design, Sales Enablement, Customer Enablement, eLearning Development, LMS Administration, and Learning Analytics\n\nOpportunities to help shape the learning experiences, enablement programs, and training strategies that empower Amplify's teams and users to do their best work\n\nBasic Qualifications for this Amplify Internship:\nEducation: Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program, returning to school in Fall 2027\n\nFull-time availability to participate from June 7, 2027, through August 13, 2027\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nAbility to synthesize information, identify themes, and communicate insights clearly\n\nKnowledge of and interest in the K-12 education technology field\n\nPreferred Qualifications for Training & Enablement Interns:\nWorking knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Workday Learning, Cornerstone, TalentLMS, Docebo, or similar platforms for content management, learner tracking, and reporting\n\nExposure to eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms for developing interactive digital learning content\n\nBackground in instructional design, curriculum development, sales enablement, corporate training, or educational content creation through coursework, volunteer work, or prior internships\n\nInterest in adult learning theory, competency frameworks, sales enablement strategy, customer success enablement, or learning analytics\n\nExcellent interpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and build relationships with diverse learners across all levels of an organization\n\nComfort with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace for content development and collaboration; grounding in video creation tools such as Camtasia, Loom, or similar platforms is a plus\n\nAmplify is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
