stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand needs, challenges, and process requirements.\nTranslate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.\nSupport the delivery of projects by working closely with development, testing, and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.\nAnalyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements, optimization, and automation.\nParticipate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), supporting test preparation, execution, and issue resolution.\nContribute to stakeholder communication, project workshops, and change initiatives to ensure successful solution adoption.\nRequirements\nB.Sc. in Information Technology, Business Analysis or equivalent discipline.\nMinimum 3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, banking, insurance, asset management, or related industries.\nExperience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investments, Asset Management, Portfolio Management, or Risk Management, Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Regulatory Compliance, or related areas.\nFluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.\nAbility to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.\nFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall delivery
