Fortinet Field Network Engineer (Field) to join our team.\nResponsibilities\nInstall and configure network equipment, including Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and Access Points, at customer sites.\nDiagnose and resolve complex network-related technical issues on-site, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.\nPerform regular system health checks, firmware and operating system upgrades, and infrastructure performance optimization.\nProvide advanced technical support and basic user training to customers and end users.\nCreate, maintain, and update detailed technical documentation, including network diagrams, site survey reports, and implementation records.\nRequirements\nDegree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.\nMinimum 4 years of proven experience in a similar role.\nStrong knowledge of networking technologies and protocols, including TCP/IP, Routing & Switching, VLANs, VPNs, and Wi-Fi architectures.\nHands-on experience with FortiGate Firewalls, FortiSwitch, FortiAP, VPNs, and Fortinet Security Solutions is required.\nActive certifications such as FCP (Fortinet Certified Professional), NSE 4, or newer.\nExperience with Network Monitoring Tools and IT Service Management (ITSM) / Ticketing Systems.\nFluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.\nValid Category B driving license.\nStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.\nAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in
