manage dashboards, filters, reports, and KPIs to support business and operational needs.\nHandle user requests, troubleshoot Jira-related issues, and provide day-to-day platform support.\nMaintain system documentation, administration procedures, and reporting standards while supporting ongoing governance activities.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in Jira administration, support, or system coordination roles.\nGood understanding of Jira projects, workflows, dashboards, permissions, and reporting capabilities.\nExperience managing users, roles, groups, and access rights.\nAbility to create meaningful dashboards and reports for operational and management purposes.\nFluency in Greek and in
