Junior Applications Support Officer to join our team.\nResponsibilities\nAssist with help desk calls, scheduling updates and applications setup, and Jira tickets.\nProvide first-level technical support for applications to customers who have Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with the company, acting as a central point of contact and coordination.\nContribute to the creation and maintenance of technical manuals and support operation guidelines for supported applications and software systems.\nDevelop and implement specialized management and support applications for supported technical solutions, in collaboration with relevant departments.\nDocument the operational environment, establish reliable monitoring and recovery mechanisms, regularly update documentation and support procedures in response to new issues.\nManage external applications that fulfill the operational needs of the organization (such as SAP, Jira, CRM), optimizing process automation and cost efficiency.\nRequirements\nB.Sc. in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent discipline.\nMinimum 1 year of experience as a Junior Applications Officer or in similar roles will be preferred.\nFluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nExceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.\nPositive attitude, highly motivated, proactive, and a team player.\nStrong multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.\nBenefits\nCompetitive
