From frontline teams to support roles, we focus on simple, friendly service that makes life easier for our customers - wherever their journey takes them.\nAbout the role\nJoin Ampol's Retail Construction Team and play a key role in delivering a national capital investment program valued at approximately $100 million annually across our network.\nAs the Capital Programs Analyst, you'll provide financial analysis, reporting, and data governance that supports the successful delivery of high-impact construction projects. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll turn complex project and financial data into actionable insights, helping leaders make informed investment decisions and drive strong commercial outcomes.\nYou'll also collaborate across Retail and Engineering teams to identify opportunities, influence strategic initiatives, and support the effective allocation of capital to maximise value for the business.\nKey responsibilities\nData Management: Collate, maintain and update construction program information within the relevant project management tool. Work with Project Managers to ensure accuracy of information and provide timely updates.\nProject Reporting: Design and maintain dashboards, visual reports and data tracking tools using platforms like Power BI to assist with progress reporting and leadership team updates.\nCapital Management: Assist with management of annual capex allocations including:Summarising capital allocations, capital expenditure requests, project tracking and delivery,\nReporting of monthly forecasts and capital spend, including commentary on program & project movements,\nPreparation of annual capital plan, and\nLiaise with Retail Commercial Finance on a regular basis.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nDegree qualified in Commerce/Business/Construction Management or related field\nExtensive experience as an Analyst, Project Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager\nExperience in business case development and presenting to senior management\nExperience in creating and analysing commercial reports for distribution to a variety of stakeholders\nComfortable accessing and using extracts from data warehouse to gather data and to support analysis\nBenefits\nOur total remuneration is competitive.
