As we look to the future, we will continue to innovate through new energy and fuel solutions to deliver on powering better journeys, today and tomorrow.\nAbout the role\nAn exciting opportunity to join the Ampol Petroleum Distributors team based at our Toowoomba Depot. Reporting to the Territory Manager, this role is responsible for supporting the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our tanker fleet and driver workforce across a multi-depot region. You will play a key role in fleet performance, regulatory compliance, while building strong relationships with drivers and key stakeholders to ensure the reliable delivery of our services. In addition, this role will provide support to the Distribution Operations Coordinator (DOC) with the day-to-day operations of the depot, including depot administration, compliance activities and operational processes.\nResponsibilities:\nCustomer service & manage customer inventory\n\nManage driver inductions, medicals and other administrative requirement\n\nProvide Operational information and directions to drivers\n\nSupporting the planning & coordinating fleet movements\n\nManage administrative aspects of tanker truck compliance activities\n\nAct as weekend/backup/relief scheduler for the Fleet Supervisor\n\nMonitor HSSE processes and practices within depot\n\nEnsure that Ampol complies with all applicable laws and regulations\n\nQualification & Experience\nStrong customer service & administration background\n\nScheduling experience is highly desirable but not essential\n\nExcellent communication skills (verbal & written)\n\nIntermediate computer literacy skills\n\nAbility to work in a team and autonomously\n\nUnderstand of National Heavy Vehicle Regulations and associated legislation is desirable (not essential)\n\nOur Benefits\nOur total remuneration is competitive.
