Working across data, finance, digital and site systems, the team enables evolving loyalty offers, strengthens platform ownership and provides clear architecture across Microsoft Dynamics, Dataverse and Salesforce environments.\nThis role will provide hands-on solution architecture support across the Trans-Tasman customer and loyalty landscape. You’ll quickly take ownership of the space, build strong relationships across squads and turn business needs into practical designs and documentation.\nYou will have the opportunity to\nOwn solution architecture across customer, loyalty and MarTech initiatives in Australia and New Zealand. \nDevelop solution designs and improve current-state documentation for Microsoft Dynamics, Dataverse and other customer insights environments. \nSupport the evolution of loyalty offers and integrations across CRM, point-of-sale, site systems, data, finance and loyalty platforms. \nBuild trusted relationships across Australian and New Zealand squads, vendors and engineering teams. \nWhat you’ll bring to Z\nProven solution or domain architecture experience across CRM, customer, loyalty, MarTech or data platforms. \nStrong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse or Customer Insights; Salesforce experience is also valuable. \nAbility to move quickly between projects, understand unfamiliar platforms and provide practical architectural direction. \nExperience producing clear solution designs, current-state documentation and integration architecture. \nUnderstanding of data, finance, loyalty, point-of-sale and enterprise system integrations. \nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to take ownership and build relationships quickly across distributed teams. \nA pragmatic and adaptable approach, comfortable improving platforms progressively while working within established ways of working. \nAnd of course, you’ll be passionate about what matters to Z, embracing and living our values to help us deliver on our aspirations and broader commitment to Aotearoa New Zealand.\nDon’t meet every single requirement?
