From frontline teams to support roles, we focus on simple, friendly service that makes life easier for our customers - wherever their journey takes them.\nAbout the Role\nAs a Site Conversion Advisor, you'll support the successful delivery of site conversions across the network, acting as a critical link between frontline teams and the Centre of Excellence.\nWorking closely with Site Managers, contractors, vendors and program teams, you'll coordinate activities, provide operational guidance, manage issues and risks, and help ensure each site conversion is delivered safely, consistently and with minimal disruption to operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the planning and execution of site conversion activities across the network.\nCoordinate activities with Site Managers, contractors, vendors and central program teams.\nProvide first-level support and triage via phone, email and Microsoft Teams.\nIdentify, document and escalate risks, issues and dependencies.\nDeliver site readiness, progress updates and reporting to support program governance.\nEnsure compliance with safety, operational and program standards.\nProvide practical operational support drawing on frontline retail experience.\nAbout You\nYou are an experienced Store Manager with strong operational knowledge and a passion for supporting others through change.
