By prioritizing value-based decisions and outcomes, we ensure that TDD drives meaningful impact and measurable outcomes for the Ampol Group, leaving a lasting impact on our business and our customers.\nAbout the role:\nWe are working to broaden the use of our Workforce Management and Rostering, Time and Attendance systems.\nThe Systems Analyst, RTA supports the technical configuration, administration, and ongoing enhancement of modules including Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Compliance, ensuring the solution is configured effectively and aligned to the organisation’s operational and compliance requirements.\nThis is a hands-on specialist role suited to someone with deep UKG technical capability, who can provide expert guidance across the full implementation lifecycle while working closely with stream leads, business analysts, system integrators, BAU teams, and key business stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nAct as a technical SME for UKG across the Scheduling, Time & Attendance implementation \nTranslate business requirements into practical system solutions and provide guidance on best use of the platform \nSupport configuration, security design, environment management, and solution validation across the project lifecycle \nSupport configuration, security design, environment management, and solution validation across the project lifecycle \nManaging daily administration, governance, and system performance \nConfiguring and enhancing UKG standard functionality \nPartnering with HR, Payroll, and other business functions to align processes and system setup \nSystem testing, configuration changes, data migration, and go-live activities \nTroubleshooting issues, identify root causes, and drive improvements \nOverseeing change management, documentation, and audit compliance \nCollaborating with vendors and internal technical teams \nAssisting with integration management \nDeveloping and maintaining standard operating procedures and support materials and support knowledge transfer to ensure a smooth transition into BAU \nQualifications & Experience\nProven experience as a UKG SME, Technical Consultant or Analyst on complex implementations \nStrong knowledge of UKG Scheduling, Time & Attendance Background \nManage RTA & payroll systems including UKG PRO, maintaining data integrity and overseeing system updates and improvements \nDemonstrated experience with system configuration, security design and environment management \nStrong understanding of business processes tied to workforce, payroll, or HR systems \nBackground as a functional consultant, business analyst, or systems administrator \nExperience in configuration, testing, migrations, and production support \nStrong problem-solving capability and stakeholder engagement skills \nExcellent documentation, communication, and incident management experience \nAbility to work in an agile environment with multiple business units \nKnowledge of integrations and data formats (APIs, flat files, JSON, XML preferred) \nBenefits\nOur total remuneration is competitive.
