IT System Engineer (m/w/d)

AM STANDORT Pulheim bei Köln| FUNKTIONSBEREICH: IT| BESCHÄFTIGUNGSGRAD: Vollzeit| VERTRAGSART: unbefristet| STELLENNUMMER: 8030

IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Bindeglied zwischen der Planungs-/ Projektierungsabteilung und operativem Betrieb
  • eigenverantwortliche Koordination, Einführung und Inbetriebnahme neuer IT-Systeme sowie die Durchführung von Proof of Concepts und Pilotierung vor der Einführung und Inbetriebnahme
  • aktive Weiterentwicklung der IT-Systeme im operativen Betrieb im Rahmen der betrieblichen Anforderungen und die Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung operativer IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
  • Durchführung und Steuerung operativer Aufgaben im Rahmen von ITIL-Prozessen (Incident, Change, Problem, Configuration etc.) im Third Level Support
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Betriebskonzepten und technischen Dokumentationen
  • Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft

IHR PROFIL:

  • abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Informationstechnik, Nachrichtentechnik oder Elektrotechnik
  • fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung zu Betriebssystemen von Microsoft, Linux / Unix sowie Terminalserver- und Virtualisierungstechnologien
  • gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Bereich Unified Communications wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Bereich der Netzwerktechnik (Switching, IP-Routing) wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung mit ITIL-Prozessen idealerweise vorhanden
  • ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Problemlösungskompetenz, Eigeninitiative sowie Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B
