This role supports the successful delivery of projects and change initiatives by ensuring clarity and alignment between business stakeholders, developers, and testers.\nThe Intermediate BSA works closely with Product Owners, Developers, Testers, and Project Managers to translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and process flows. The role plays a key part in the SDLC by supporting solution design, requirement validation, and UAT coordination.\nKey Performance Areas:\nGather and document business and system requirements.\nConduct stakeholder workshops and analysis sessions.\nCreate supporting documentation (flows, mockups, scenarios).\nSupport backlog grooming and sprint planning.\nCollaborate with Developers and Testers.\nAssist with UAT planning and coordination.\nMaintain traceability of requirements across SDLC.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement. \nJob Requirements\nRole Requirements\nQualifications and/ or Certification:\nBachelor’s degree in information systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.\nCertification in Business Analysis (e.g., ECBA, CCBA) or Agile Product Ownership is advantageous.\nAgile and SDLC methodology knowledge required.\nExperience and skills:\n3-5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in an IT or business systems environment.\nProven ability to gather, analyse, and document detailed business and functional requirements.\nExperience working in Agile delivery teams, writing user stories and acceptance criteria.\nProficiency in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for documentation and backlog management.\nAbility to facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions.\nUnderstanding of system integration principles and data flow mapping is advantageous.\nExcellent communication skills and attention to detail.\nCompetencies:\nBusiness and Systems
