Guide clients through training, key milestones, and proactive engagement to drive early adoption, confidence, and long-term success.\nKey Performance Areas\nDrive the end-to-end onboarding journey for new clients.\nConduct structured and engaging orientation sessions that clearly position the business, explain processes, and equip clients with the knowledge and confidence to begin trading successfully.\nSchedule and conduct follow-up meetings at predetermined touchpoints.\nIdentify, manage, and communicate onboarding progress and challenges effectively.\nUnderstand client’s business and how we can complement their growth with our offering.\nDeliver and guide onboarding sessions that build client confidence and understanding.\nEnable clients to effectively use available tools, platforms, and resources.\nSupport early client success by helping clients adopt services quickly.\nProvide feedback and recommendations to improve client onboarding and education.\nPresent to leaders on trends and client business information.\nCollaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.\nJob Requirements\nMinimum Skills and Knowledge Required\nDiploma or bachelor’s degree advantageous (any discipline;
