and incident management\nJob Requirements\nMinimum Requirements\nGrade 12 (Matric) minimum\nRelevant IT or Business qualification (Diploma / Degree preferred)\nCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification (advantageous)\nITIL Foundation certification (strong advantage for incident management)\n2-4 years’ experience in Agile environments (Scrum Master, Project Coordinator, or Agile Team Lead)\nExperience in IT incident management or production support environments\nFamiliarity with Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)\nUnderstanding of SDLC and DevOps practices\nExperience working in cross-functional IT teams (Developers, QA, BAs, DevOps, Infrastructure)\nCompetencies\nStrong facilitation of Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning,
