The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, basic sales knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport the sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and client communication.\nIdentify potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.\nMaintain and update customer, lead, and sales information in the CRM.\nCoordinate with clients and internal teams for meetings, proposals, quotations, and documentation.\nPrepare sales reports, MIS reports, quotations, and other business-related documents.\nFollow up with prospects and assist the sales team in converting leads.\nHandle day-to-day back-office activities and maintain proper records.\nCoordinate with Accounts, Technical, and Delivery teams whenever required.\nSupport the sales team in scheduling meetings and maintaining sales-related documentation.\nEnsure timely completion of assigned sales and administrative activities.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nThe candidate should have basic knowledge of, or willingness to learn about, Amrut Software’s products and technology solutions, including:\nAtlassian: Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), Confluence, Bitbucket\nDevOps & DevSecOps: GitHub, GitLab, JFrog, CloudBees\nITSM & Infrastructure: Zendesk, Nagios, NinjaOne, ManageEngine\nSoftware Development & Productivity: JetBrains, Zymmr\nSoftware Testing & Quality: TestRail, SmartBear\nAI & Emerging Technology Solutions\nCloud, SaaS & Enterprise Technology Solutions\nRequired Skills & Experience\n1-2 years of experience in Sales, Back-Office Support, Business Development, or a similar role.\nGraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.\nGood verbal and written communication skills.\nBasic understanding of sales and lead-generation processes.\nGood knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and
