implement corrective actions whenever required.\nManage project budgets and control project costs to ensure financial objectives are met.\nProvide regular project status reports and updates to internal leadership, clients, and other stakeholders.\nCoordinate effectively with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, DevOps, Product, and Business teams.\nEnsure adherence to project management methodologies, quality standards, and industry best practices.\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives where applicable.\nDrive continuous process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency.\nMaintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n8-12 years of hands-on experience in IT Project Management.\nStrong understanding of Agile methodologies with experience performing Scrum Master or similar Agile roles.\nExperience managing software development projects through the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\nWorking knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or TFS.\nStrong project planning, estimation, scheduling, and execution skills.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.\nStrong understanding of project governance, budgeting, resource planning, and risk management.\nExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously.\nExcellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.\nAbility to deliver projects within defined
